Do you have a flower care guide for different seasons?
We do have a Flower Reference Guide, that provides some helpful hints on those potted flowering plants we sell. Our blog also has a number of articles on cut flower care, whether they are in season or not.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on the status of your order:
- Before Preparation: If your order has been prepared but not yet out for delivery, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.
- During Delivery Process: If your order is out for delivery but hasn't been delivered yet, you can cancel the bouquet portion of your order and receive a refund for it. However, the delivery fee is non-refundable in this case.
Exceptions:
- Funeral Orders: Orders for funeral arrangements cannot be canceled on the day of the funeral.
- Post-Delivery: Unfortunately, we cannot change, cancel, or refund orders after they have been successfully delivered.
Can I request a specific vase for my arrangement?
We carry a number of vases in store at both of our locations. These vases can be used for a custom arrangement. Give us a call at (514) 488-9121 and we’ll be happy to walk you through what we have. Pricing and availability will vary.
We also can create a floral arrangement using your vase. Simply give us a call and we will connect you with one of our designers to discuss your vision.
Unfortunately we can’t order individual vases. However, if you want to place a bulk order we can coordinate with our wholesales for a special order.
What types of plants do you offer besides flowers?
We carry a good variety of green, succulent, and flowering plants on our online store.
Our stores tend to have a larger and more varying selection of specialty green, succulent, flowering and indoor tropical plants like the Bromeliad, Fiddle Fig trees, Jasmin, along with our more standard Azaleas, Cyclamen, Hyacinths and Orchids. It's definitely worth the visit to either our Pointe-Claire or Westmount stores where you can pick them up or have them delivered as a gift.
Can I order flowers for a bridal shower?
At Westmount florist we love bridal showers! Planning ahead though, is essential. Having a bridal shower on the South Shore?
