We don't have a storefront in Blainville, every order is designed at our Westmount store and brought to your door by our own fleet.

If you have specific time requests for a business delivery, let us know via the order comments section in the cart or to our customer service staff if you decide to call.  We’ll be happy to make sure your order reaches its recipient before they leave the office.

We deliver to Blainville’s regional hospitals like Saint-Eustache Hospital as well as Seniors' residences like Manoir Fontainebleau and other senior care homes across Montreal’s North Shore. 

Key things to keep in mind when sending to a hospital in particular.

• Hospitals only accept arrangements as hospitals do not provide vases for gifted flowers.
• Keep it small. Most hospitals only have small tables that can accommodate well wisher's gifts.
• Always be sure to add the recipient's full name, the facility name and the room or ward number in your order notes so our driver can reach them easily once they arrive.

There are several ways to ensure your flower delivery arrives as seamlessly as possible.

When ordering online or by phone your arrangement, bouquet or potted plant, you can leave special instructions in the order notes - such as "call before delivering" - to verify that your recipient will be home. If they aren't available when we arrive, our approach depends on the location:

• For houses: Our drivers will look for a safe, sheltered spot to leave the arrangement.
• For condos, apartments, and offices: We will follow the building’s concierge process or front desk guidelines. Providing a buzzer code or specific entry details in your order notes is incredibly helpful for completing the delivery on the first attempt.

Weather Policy: As a rule of thumb, if the temperature is too hot or too cold to safely leave flowers on a doorstep, our driver will call you to let you know we are attempting a flower delivery.  If you are unable to answer, our driver will bring the arrangement back to our boutique. Our shipping team will then contact you directly to schedule a second delivery attempt.

Yes.  Order by 11:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, for same-day flower delivery across Blainville. Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on Sundays will be delivered the following day.
