Yes. All our arrangements arrive exactly as depicted on our website — beautifully arranged in the featured vase. Our designers select each vase with care, as it’s an essential part of the overall design.

If you’d like to switch to a different vase, just let us know. Our team will be happy to show you how the arrangement might look in another shape or style and give you a sense of the final result.

If an arrangement or bouquet is sold out, our floral designers can often create a similar piece by substituting flowers of comparable colour, texture, or form. 

These substitutions may slightly alter the overall look, but the spirit and style of the original design will be beautifully maintained.

We receive shipments of fresh blooms several times a week. If you’re flexible with your delivery date, the flowers for a sold-out arrangement are often back in stock within one business day.

Please note that seasonal flowers — such as tulips, peonies, sunflowers, hyacinths, amaryllis, and poinsettias — are available only during their natural growing seasons and cannot be substituted once sold out.  However you can join our alert list and we’ll notify you when their season begins!

Same-day delivery is available in Chateauguay for $24.95 for any orders placed before 11am.  Any orders placed after 11 am will be delivered the following work day.

Greens add the perfect finishing touch to any bouquet or arrangement. At Westmount Florist, we often use Italian and Israeli Ruscus, Sala, lily grass (especially in spring and tulip bouquets), and Cocculus laurifolius (Laurel‑leaf Snailseed) for roses. For more dramatic, modern, or tropical designs, we love incorporating Monstera (cheese plant) leaves, which bring bold texture and visual impact to the arrangement.

No, we don’t provide bulk flower orders. Our focus is on events that require floral design services, where our team can create professionally arranged pieces tailored to your theme and venue.

Yes - we deliver to most local locations, including Hôpital Anna-Laberge and community venues across Châteauguay. 

When sending flowers to a hospital, please keep in mind that hospitals only permit arrangements to be delivered to their patients.  And do have the patient’s room number when placing your order online, in the store or by phone. This is key to get your floral gift delivered the same day.
