Description: Clematis flowers are delicate, magnificent, whimsical, artsy, wild, and airy. They come in a wide range of colours, including purple, blue, pink, white, red, and bi-colour. Most clematis develop large single flowers, while some varieties showcase double or bell-shaped blossoms. They are vine-resistant perennials belonging to the Ranunculaceae family.

Named after: The genus name Clematis comes from the Ancient Greek word meaning "a climbing plant."

Latin/Scientific name: Clematis L.

Native to: Japan, China, Europe, and North America

Flowering period: Clematis flowers bloom from spring to autumn, producing many flowers as they grow iron-like moss and wind around fences and columns.

Vase life: 10 to 3 weeks days with the proper care and environment. Warm & dark environments may shorten vase life, while cool and light environments can extend vase life.
