Holiday gifting FAQs
What holiday gifts can we send?
Choose from poinsettias, fresh flower bouquets and vase arrangements for clients, employees and business partners. Share your budget and any colour or style preferences, and we’ll help you choose. Seasonal flowers and plants are subject to availability.
How far in advance should we arrange our holiday gifts?
Get in touch as early as possible, especially for a large list or a particular delivery date. Tell us your approximate number of gifts and preferred timing so we can check availability and plan the deliveries. Your gifting specialist will confirm the details before you place your order.
Can you deliver to several homes or offices?
Yes. We can coordinate delivery to one workplace or several home and office addresses across Greater Montreal, including Laval, the South Shore and the West Island. Send us each recipient’s name, address, phone number, preferred delivery date and any delivery instructions.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery is charged separately and varies by destination. Share the addresses on your list and we’ll confirm the delivery charges as part of your quote. Bulk gifting discounts apply to the products only; delivery and taxes are excluded.
Can each gift include a different personal message?
Yes. Each gift can include its own card message. Send us the message for each recipient with your list. If you would like to include your own greeting cards, let your gifting specialist know so we can arrange the details.
How do the bulk gifting discounts work?
- 10–25 gift orders: 10% off products
- 26–50 gift orders: 15% off products
- 51+ gift orders: 20% off products
All gift orders must be placed together for one occasion. The discount applies to products only, excluding delivery and taxes. Ongoing or recurring orders, including employee birthday programs, are not eligible.
If you would like to combine different gifts, share your selection with your gifting specialist so they can confirm the options and discount for your list.
